Education Protocol is signed by OKKU and Dr. Fazıl Küçük Foundation
The education facilities and the opportunities offered by Onbeş Kasım Kıbrıs University are discussed in the meeting arranged to sign the education protocol at Onbeş Kasım Kıbrıs University Rectorate’s Office - dated the 13th of August 2021, Friday at 12:00. During the signing ceremony, the Head of the OKKU Student Affairs Office Salih Tuncay, and Dr. Fazıl Küçük Foundation representative Fatoş Kızılyürek were also present. At the protocol signed, OKKU Rector Prof. Dr. Remziye Terkan and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Dr. Fazıl Küçük Foundation, Dear Mehmet Küçük have built an agreement on the main objectives of either party being providing quality education opportunities to our youth along with community-oriented works. Also, statements made in the agreement on the idea of the main purpose being to shape our future and our youth in the truest way to their good advantage by providing all kinds of educational support and a visionary range of education alongside providing a sound education of our past as well.
The Chairman of Dr. Fazıl Küçük Foundation Mehmet Küçük: “ Our universities are our social value. They are the institutions enabling our youth to develop and have a wide vision. We thank OKKU for wanting to work with us in the field of education and for the sensitivity displayed on the matter. We wish that the education protocol signed brings the best for both parties.” Following his statement, the Chairman of Dr. Fazıl Küçük Foundation Mehmet Küçük thanked the OKKU committee for the educational opportunities provided on behalf of all the employees.
OKKU Rector Prof. Dr. Remziye Terkan has ended her statements with the following remarks: “ We are proud and glad to be signing an education protocol with Dr. Fazıl Küçük Foundation. All of our initiatives are an act of educational investment toward our youth, society, and future. Education and the quality of education offered is a guarantee for our youth which are our common and therefore, bright future. Our Leader Dr. Küçük’s books, gifted to us by Dr. Fazıl Küçük Foundation are to be placed in the most precious corner of our University’s library. At Onbeş Kasım Kıbrıs University, we feel the rightful honor to be sharing these valuable works with our students. We further express our thanks to Dr. Fazıl Küçük Foundation for this opportunity.
