Mission - Vision

Considering Cyprus's unique position as a crossroads of three continents, a privilege enjoyed by few islands worldwide, the Fifteen November Cyprus University has adopted the mission of providing fundamental education, training, and research into the cultural, political, and economic outputs of Africa and Eurasia.

Becoming a global and intellectual meeting point for Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, Caucasian, Eurasian, and African countries is the first stage of this mission. Another priority and phase is to become an academically ambitious center in the fields of "Communication and Media Studies," "Applied Nature, Food, and Cultural Tourism," and "Regional and Global Political, Economic, and Commercial Research."

In addition to contributing to Cyprus's rise as a university nation, another important mission is to advance in the field of Health Sciences to become a center for medical education, learning, and treatment. Playing a pioneering role in supporting Cyprus's progress in the production economy within the framework of Renewable Energy Research, Water, and Agriculture is also identified as an important mission.

The ultimate mission of Onbeş Kasım Cyprus University is to cultivate inquisitive, problem-solving, and responsible individuals who will play a central role in research and development activities and in the emergence of pioneering and innovative initiatives that will increase the general welfare and happiness of societies, within the framework of the problem of producing, preserving, and disseminating knowledge, which plays a vital role in raising national, regional, and global standards in all these areas.

The vision of Onbeş Kasım Cyprus University is to become a globally recognized institution that contributes to making the meeting point of three continents, which are among the most vital regions in terms of world history and culture, a center for academic and cultural studies, a branded institution in the international arena, and a prestigious education, teaching, research, and development university in the fields of social sciences, health, and technical sciences.
