Onbeş Kasım Cyprus University participated in the panel titled “Tech Without Borders,” organized by the Goethe-Institut Cyprus, and followed the assessments made on the axis of digital innovation, technological transformation, and inter-societal cooperation.
The panel emphasized that today's technological developments are not limited to economic and technical transformation but also have significant impacts on education, communication, social interaction, and inter-societal relations; the potential of digital technologies to improve cooperation between different communities, innovative approaches, and the importance of technology-focused collaborative work were discussed.
The assessments made from different perspectives within the scope of the panel revealed that technology is an important tool supporting knowledge sharing and a culture of collaborative production across borders; and a comprehensive exchange of views took place on the opportunities that digital transformation offers to the development of societies.
